STEAP1B

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STEAP1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STEAP1B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher STEAP1B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STEAP1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where STEAP1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
