STEAP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,421 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, PLOD1, and DDAH1. Each is linked with STEAP1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP1B versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
