STEAP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDH1P2, SS18L2P1, and ARHGEF38-IT1. Each is linked with STEAP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDH1P2 grouped by STEAP1B-low versus STEAP1B-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
