Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STEAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,969 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, FAM126A, and IL31RA. Each is linked with STEAP1B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP1B versus IL6 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
