Across TCGA cell cohorts, STEAP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,780 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transmembrane transport, Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, and Regulation of inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus. Each is linked with STEAP1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Potassium ion transmembrane transport grouped by STEAP1B-low versus STEAP1B-high in STOMACH.
