Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STEAP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D3, KRTAP10-7, and C20orf173. Each is linked with STEAP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1B-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D3 grouped by STEAP1B-low versus STEAP1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
