STC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLM1, PTP4A3, and ZNF79. Each is linked with STC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC2-to-partner and partner-to-STC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOLM1 grouped by STC2-low versus STC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
