STAU2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, KLK12, and IFNA14. Each is linked with STAU2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by STAU2-low versus STAU2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
