Across TCGA patient cohorts, STATH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,865 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STATH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, Positive regulation of osteoblast differentiation, and Prostate gland morphogenesis. Each is linked with STATH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STATH-to-partner and partner-to-STATH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway grouped by STATH-low versus STATH-high in TGCT.
