Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STATH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STATH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL759P, HMGN1P32, and LINC00544. Each is linked with STATH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STATH-to-partner and partner-to-STATH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL759P grouped by STATH-low versus STATH-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STATH→partner) and Y-score (partner→STATH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
