Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,888 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB4, DENND6A, and VCPIP1. Each is linked with STAT5B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT5B versus ZBTB4 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
