STAT5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,125 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3, EIF4G1, and KANK2. Each is linked with STAT5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT5B versus CAVIN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
