Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,144 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, ASPA, and PTGIS. Each is linked with STAT5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT5B versus CXCL12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
