The most reproducible STAT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, ASPA, and PTGIS. Each is linked with STAT5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5B results are reported.
