Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, INPP4B, and ASNS. Each is linked with STAT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5B results are reported.
