The most reproducible STAT5B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Growth hormone receptor signaling pathway via JAK-STAT, Positive regulation of erythrocyte differentiation, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with STAT5B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5B results are reported.
