STAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMS1P20, BAG1, and LRRC30. Each is linked with STAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT1-to-partner and partner-to-STAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMS1P20 grouped by STAT1-low versus STAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
