STARD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12B, STAB1, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with STARD8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD8-to-partner and partner-to-STARD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD8 versus HSPA12B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
