STARD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, KRTAP6-3, and KIR2DS4. Each is linked with STARD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD8-to-partner and partner-to-STARD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by STARD8-low versus STARD8-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
