Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SKP177, and MIR8053. Each is linked with STARD7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD7-to-partner and partner-to-STARD7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by STARD7-low versus STARD7-high in UCEC.
