Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP290, RNA5SP239, and RN7SL584P. Each is linked with STARD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD5-to-partner and partner-to-STARD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP290 grouped by STARD5-low versus STARD5-high in BLCA.
