STARD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR513B, ARFGAP3, and TMEM269. Each is linked with STARD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD4-to-partner and partner-to-STARD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR513B grouped by STARD4-low versus STARD4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
