STARD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,915 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK12, MED24, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with STARD3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD3-to-partner and partner-to-STARD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD3 versus CDK12 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
