Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,209 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN9, SOD2, and SH3BGRL2. Each is linked with STARD10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD10-to-partner and partner-to-STARD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
