Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXYD6P3, MIR521-2, and RPS15AP7. Each is linked with STAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FXYD6P3 grouped by STAP2-low versus STAP2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
