STAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,173 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD2, NFAT5, and TEX11. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETD2 grouped by STAM2-low versus STAM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
