Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL2, LARP4B, and UPF2. Each is linked with STAM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM-to-partner and partner-to-STAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAM versus CUL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
