Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STAG3L5P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STAG3L5P data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher STAG3L5P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STAG3L5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD and ACC are the cancer types where STAG3L5P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
