Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC1, THOC2, and RBBP5. Each is linked with STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB versus THOC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L5P-PVRIG2P-PILRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
