Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,236 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAG3L4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDH2, GTF2I, and BAG6. Each is linked with STAG3L4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L4-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3L4 versus MDH2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
