STAG3L4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,256 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHD4, RND3, and WIPF3. Each is linked with STAG3L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L4-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3L4 versus EHD4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
