STAG3L4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 637 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL49, TIRAP, and PRSS53. Each is linked with STAG3L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L4-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49 grouped by STAG3L4-low versus STAG3L4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
