STAG3L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, SSBP1, and ZNF3. Each is linked with STAG3L3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L3-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3L3 versus GTF2I in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
