STAG3L3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2Q2P10, OR5M14P, and RNA5SP162. Each is linked with STAG3L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L3-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Q2P10 grouped by STAG3L3-low versus STAG3L3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
