STAG3L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, MEPCE, and MDH2. Each is linked with STAG3L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L2-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3L2 versus GTF2I in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
