Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,132 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Autophagosome maturation, and Negative regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with STAG3L1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L1-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L1 results are reported.
