STAG3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASTOR2, RPL12, and TCIRG1. Each is linked with STAG3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3 versus CASTOR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
