STAG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 772 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR137, SAMM50, and MGRN1. Each is linked with STAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG3 versus GPR137 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
