Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,398 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A4, PPP4R3A, and YWHAE. Each is linked with STAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3 results are reported.
