STAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA2, MBD3L4, and NEXMIF. Each is linked with STAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG2-to-partner and partner-to-STAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA2 grouped by STAG2-low versus STAG2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
