Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNU1-18P, and H3P3. Each is linked with STAC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC2-to-partner and partner-to-STAC2 results are reported.
