STAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with STAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC-to-partner and partner-to-STAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by STAC-low versus STAC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
