Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,925 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Neuroligin clustering involved in postsynaptic membrane assembly. Each is linked with STAC in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC-to-partner and partner-to-STAC results are reported.
