STAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,618 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2_S3845, KANK3, and HSPB6. Each is linked with STAB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB2-to-partner and partner-to-STAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAB2 versus ANK2_S3845 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
