Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,328 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKP2, VTA1, and ERI1. Each is linked with STAB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB2-to-partner and partner-to-STAB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKP2 grouped by STAB2-low versus STAB2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
