Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with STAB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB2-to-partner and partner-to-STAB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by STAB2-low versus STAB2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
