The most reproducible STAB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with STAB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB2-to-partner and partner-to-STAB2 results are reported.
