Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 687 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUFM, MARCHF11, and PRR20B. Each is linked with STAB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB2-to-partner and partner-to-STAB2 results are reported.
