Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA4, C1QA, and CD14. Each is linked with STAB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB1-to-partner and partner-to-STAB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAB1 versus ITGA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
