Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,706 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, CD93, and OLFML2B. Each is linked with STAB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB1-to-partner and partner-to-STAB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAB1 versus ATP8B4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
