Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 34,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BGN, CD14, and CD163. Each is linked with STAB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAB1-to-partner and partner-to-STAB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAB1 versus BGN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
